With a reputation from his background in hospitality for placing clients’ needs, goals, and objectives at the forefront of every transaction, Michael Friedman provides communication, negotiation and management skills in combination with an extensive knowledge of the local neighborhoods and real estate market. The skills, along with a tireless work ethic, made him a great addition when he decided to join The Price Group at Coldwell Banker in 2014. Michael is known for his effectiveness throughout the whole transaction process as a counselor, facilitator and liaison – from property search or listing, through market analysis, to negotiations, escrow and closing. Michael grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and received his Bachelor degree from The Ohio State University. After moving to the Tampa Bay area he was a restaurant/hotel manager before discovering his true passion of Real Estate. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, playing soccer, and enjoying the beautiful weather this area has to offer with his wife, dog and cats.
